Dawn Farms were among great company for the Lean Business Ireland Awards on Thursday 29th September, and were delighted to have brought home two awards for Lean Business of the Year and Sustainability.
The Sustainability award was open to businesses who have taken a strategic approach to proactively and progressively improving their impact on the environment and contributing positively as corporate citizens. It was assessed on the level of environmental awareness and how environmental efficiencies and improved sustainability have been achieved year-on-year in the operation here at Dawn Farms.
The Lean Business of The Year award was open to organisations that have implemented an organisation-wide Lean Strategy for overall productivity and competitiveness improvement.
These awards recognise the hard work and commitment of all in the company in pursuit of productivity, continuous improvement and our overarching sustainability programme, which underpins our entire business.
Sharing our journey and experiences, learning from and supporting each other and working in close cooperation with customers are key values in our business and within our team.
