At Dawn Farms we offer a variety of different training courses across many disciplines, from Food Safety and Health & Safety to Food Science, Management Training to Leadership Skills, Coaching Programmes to Lean Belts and many more. The training courses are customised for individuals or groups covering all ages and academic levels.
We as a business are always growing, learning and evolving and key to this is encouraging and supporting our people to continuously grow and learn allowing them to reach their full potential, while we support them along the way.
Dawn Farms gave me the opportunity to upskill my career in Supply Chain Management through an apprenticeship programme. I am in second year studying, which I am thoroughly enjoying. I look forward to what my future holds for me at Dawn Farms.
